Structured Fellowship & Certification

Do you have a passion for cosmetic surgery and a desire to focus solely on this field? Are you seeking expert cosmetic surgery regulation with a dedicated focus on aesthetic procedures?
We invite you to join a defined pathway to structured credentialing in cosmetic surgery.
The British College of Cosmetic Surgery was established to enhance regulation and address inefficiency in structured training within the cosmetic surgical sector. Its purpose is to provide surgeons with a formalised framework for procedure specific fellowship training, supervised clinical development and comprehensive examination.
Through documented case experience, logbook submission and assessed proficiency within a defined anatomical area, the College offers a transparent route to specialist credentialing grounded in clearly defined standards and professional accountability.
A Defined Route to Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery
The British College of Cosmetic Surgery provides a structured route for surgeons committed to focused development within cosmetic surgery. Through supervised clinical training, documented case experience and formal examination, the College establishes a transparent framework for specialist credentialing grounded in defined standards and professional integrity.
Cosmetic surgery has historically lacked clearly defined training pathways. The College was established to provide surgeons with a formalised structure for procedure specific development and recognised standards.
Surgeons undertake an eighteen month fellowship within a defined anatomical area, gaining supervised clinical experience under the guidance of experienced cosmetic surgeons.
Fellowship requires documented case experience, submission of a detailed surgical logbook and successful completion of formal assessment. Credentialing reflects demonstrated competence, not participation alone.
Achieve Recognised Fellowship Status
Credentialing through the British College of Cosmetic Surgery reflects structured training, formal assessment and recognised specialist standards.
